Itineris North America opens new Atlanta office, expands executive leadership team as U.S. growth continues
July 31, 2017
In conjunction with its growing business and customer base in the U.S. utilities market, Itineris North America has achieved several growth events in recent months.
The global technology firm, which develops and delivers its UMAX customer information system (CIS) and ERP solutions for energy and water utilities, has opened a new office in Atlanta’s burgeoning Midtown mixed-use community, has added John Zenyuh—formerly of EY—to provide executive leadership to its UMAX product management team, and has recruited nearly a dozen new team members focused on North American product development and delivery.
Growing Atlanta presence
Itineris’ North American business has been headquartered in Atlanta since the firm entered the U.S. market in 2012. In the five short years since, Itineris NA has gained five U.S. utility customers in addition to its consulting clients. The firm recently opened a new office at Bank of America Plaza on the edge of Atlanta’s innovative live-learn-work-play Midtown community, central to all that downtown Atlanta has to offer: world-class businesses, entertainment, parks, sporting venues, Georgia Tech University and much more.
“This new Atlanta office will better support our growth trajectory as we draw talent from and to the Atlanta area. Atlanta continues to be an important global intersection for business, technology, the energy industry and the services that support them,” said Burrell Kilmer, president of Itineris North America.
John Zenyuh leads product management for North America
John Zenyuh has joined Itineris NA as Vice President, Product Management to lead UMAX product development for North America. Zenyuh brings to the role more than a decade of leadership in utility-focused solution delivery for companies such as EY, Five Point Partners and Alliance Data Systems.
Zenyuh will focus on strategic solution direction and product delivery capabilities specific to the needs of North American energy and water utilities.
“I look forward to leveraging my experiences as we evolve UMAX to help our clients modernize their enterprise customer solutions in ways that transform their business operations and enhance the customer experience,” noted Zenyuh.
Itineris nears 300 with new North American team additions
Just in time to move into the new Atlanta office, Itineris recently recruited nearly a dozen new team members to support the development and delivery on UMAX in the North American utilities market. The latest team members bring Itineris total staff to nearly 300 across North America and Europe.
