Our Functional Graduate Academy is designed for ambitious graduates who want to grow into strong Functional Analysts and make a real impact in the energy and water utility sector.


What you will work on

Starting in September, you will join a structured learning and development journey that prepares you for a role as Junior Functional Analyst within our R&D, Project and Service Delivery teams. You will learn how to bridge business and IT, translating customer needs into smart, future-proof software solutions.

Throughout the program, you will work with UMAX, Itineris’ cloud-based software solution for energy and water utilities, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will gain hands-on experience across key functional domains such as CRM, Finance, Billing, Meter Data Management and Asset Management, applying your knowledge directly in real customer projects.


As part of the Functional Graduate Academy, you will...


  • act as the link between business and IT

  • translate business and functional requirements into application solutions

  • participate in customer workshops and onsite meetings

  • support testing and ensure solution quality

  • collaborate closely with Functional Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects and Project Managers

  • contribute to the continuous evolution of the UMAX solution

Beyond functional expertise, the academy focuses on building strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills. Through coaching, knowledge sharing and on-the-job learning, you will gradually take ownership.

What you bring 

  • Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Informatics, Civil Engineering,...
  • A high interest in IT.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • An eagerness to learn about the utilities market.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • A problem-solving and entrepreneurial mind-set.
