As a Senior Azure Integration Consultant (Service Delivery), you will...
be part of the Service Delivery Team, who provides 3rd line functional and technical support to our customers after go-live. The Team is responsible for Application Management, Support and Maintenance, and for ensuring high end-user satisfaction with our UMAX solution for utility companies (energy suppliers in EU and UK).
The team focuses on complex changes and incidents and plays a key role in the on-time, high-quality delivery of UMAX product releases.
You will work closely colleagues and customers in Europe and UK, with regular overlap during CET working hours to support handovers, incident reviews, case discussions and release activities. 

What you will work on

As our Senior Azure Integration Consultant, you are part of a cross-customer Service Delivery team supporting customers after go-live. You take technical ownership of Azure-based integrations related to our UMAX solution and act as the technical escalation point for production stability and continuity. 


You:
  • Are part of a cross-customer Service Delivery team and collaborate closely with Technical Solution Architects, functional and technical consultants, and Release Management.
  • Take end-to-end technical ownership of the design, development, deployment and maintenance of Azure-based integrations (Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps, APIs). 
  • Act as L3 technical escalation point for complex changes, incidents and performance issues. 
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement structural, long-term solutions. 
  • Support technical impact analysis, validation of changes, and (production) releases. 
  • Contribute to operational governance, incident classification and technical risk communication. 
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements in integration stability, monitoring and operational processes. 

What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent experience. 
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical consultant, integration or cloud role. 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS, including Service Bus, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and API Management. 
  • Proven experience supporting production and post go-live environments. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused, quality-driven and proactive mindset.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Team player with a flexible and collaborative attitude.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate under production pressure.
  • Clear, proactive and structured communication style.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
