What you will work on 

As a Senior software engineer / Technical Expert, you translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions to  deliver high-quality software—today and as our product evolves. 

• Define and evolve end-to-end solution architecture—balancing product vision, customer needs, and long-term maintainability.
• Raise engineering quality through hands-on guidance: code reviews, coaching, design workshops, and pragmatic standards.
• Build and extend solutions on the Microsoft stack (e.g., Dynamics 365, X++, Power Platform), integrating cleanly with surrounding systems.
• Accelerate delivery with AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude): prompt patterns, safe tool-use (MCP/connector layer), and team adoption.
• Be a key technical partner in the Scrum team: refine stories, de-risk solutions early, and drive a steady delivery cadence.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to shape roadmaps, trade-offs, and crisp functional/technical alignment.
• Partner with DevOps and Operations to ensure smooth releases: observability, performance, security, and reliable handover.

What you bring 

• Must-have
  • 8+ years of experience in software product development(full-stack .NET or equivalent), including SQL and modern engineering practices.
  • A Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field (computer science, engineering, applied sciences, …).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English—able to distill complex technical topics into clear messages.
• Nice-to-have
  • Experience with AI-assisted development (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) and applying it responsibly in a team setting.
  • Practical experience in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating across disciplines (engineering, product, QA, ops).

• Strong understanding of architecture and application lifecycle management in a product-first context (not one-off projects).
• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Finance, Customer Insights, Power Platform) are a plus.
• An eye for UX and performance: you care about usability, reliability, and speed—not just features.
