As a a Test automation consultant you will...

focus on increasing product and project quality and speed by designing, building, and maintaining reliable automated test coverage for our UMAX solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. 

You will work with functional consultants, developers, and manual testers to transform critical business scenarios into automated regression suites.


What you will work on

  • Translate manual test cases and business scenarios into robust, readable automated tests.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end regression suites using Leapwork and integrate execution into the overall test approach.
  • Define automation scope and priorities together with QA/Test Lead, functional consultants, and product/project stakeholders.
  • Design test data, test preconditions, and reusable components to ensure maintainability and fast execution.
  • Execute automated test runs (nightly/continuous/Release readiness) and analyze failures to distinguish test issues vs. product defects.
  • Log, triage, and follow up defects with functional and technical teams; support reproduction and root-cause analysis.
  • Ensure test evidence and reporting are available (coverage, pass/fail trends, release quality signals).
  • Continuously improve the automation framework (naming standards, modularity, stability, flakiness reduction, review process).

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience as a manual tester and a demonstrated transition into test automation.
  • Strong functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).

Skills & competencies 
  • Experience in test automation for enterprise applications (web UI and end-to-end business processes).
  • Experience with Leapwork (preferred) or a similar automation platform; able to create maintainable test flows/components.
  • Experience with Xpath is consider as a plus
  • Good understanding of testing fundamentals: test design, regression strategy, defect lifecycle, test evidence.
  • Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot failing tests and identify root causes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations testing (Finance domain experience is a strong plus).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (test management, pipelines) or similar ALM tooling.
  • Basic SQL skills for test data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with API testing concepts and tools (nice to have).

Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Leapwork Certification (Foundation and/or Advanced).
