As a true problem solver, you embrace complexity in order to create simplicity.
You will be a key player in our R&D, Project or Service Delivery teams and you will be working in close collaboration with our Technical teams.
Depending on the status of a project, you will be involved in:
Analysis
You translate our customers’ business requirements into a functional specification for our Technical colleagues.
Support
You support our customers during the implementation and testing phases, ensuring that our solutions meet their needs.
Optimization
You help our customers optimize their use of our solutions, ensuring they realize the full potential.
Training
You provide training to end-users and ensure they feel comfortable using our software.
