Gwinnett County Water Resources (GCDWR) has implemented their new customer service solution, UMAX. This software suite, provided by the software company Itineris, is a fully modernized customer self-service portal. This solution will noticeably enhance GCDWR’s operational efficiency by introducing capabilities that streamline and automate key processes through advanced workflows and queue management. UMAX will equip utility staff with stronger self-service tools, decrease the volume of support inquiries, and elevate the overall customer experience.
With this new solution in place, GCDWR will be even better positioned to uphold its commitment to sustainable stewardship, operational excellence, and reliable, high-quality service—ensuring the residents of Gwinnett County continue to receive essential water services that are efficient, resilient, and responsibly managed for the future.
