Arizona Water Company advances enterprise transformation with a successful UMAX CIS launch

In cooperation with E Source and Itineris, Arizona Water Company (AWC) has gone live with their new UMAX CIS solution. The Itineris solution suite includes a Customer Information Solution, Customer Service, Customer Self-Service, Field Services, Cashiering, and the Test & Inspection Portal. By unifying AWC’s service center locations and providing a robust Customer Self-service tool, AWC will also substantially empower AWC customers through communication options and account insights.
