Enovos Luxembourg, the leading energy supplier and producer of renewable energy in Luxembourg, has selected Itineris and its UMAX platform to support the next phase of its operational transformation. Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, UMAX will enable Enovos to modernize core business processes, strengthen customer engagement, and build a future-ready operating model.
The agreement marks the beginning of a long-term strategic partnership focused on innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
Enovos will implement core capabilities of the UMAX platform to streamline operations, enhance customer service, and enable a more connected and data-driven way of working across the business. This will accelerate product innovation, improve customer service outcomes, and drive greater efficiency through the automation of key back-office processes. The program also includes the new UMAX Real-Time solution, supporting advanced pricing and rating capabilities and leveraging granular consumption data to enable faster and more informed decision-making.
Beyond the platform implementation, the partnership will also aim to co-develop AI-driven solutions designed to prepare for a future where agentic platforms are the industry standard, and where energy suppliers and core platforms providers need to reinvent their way of working.
