Itineris, a global leader in innovative SaaS solutions for utilities, today announces that EP Commodities, a key B2B energy supplier in the Netherlands, has signed a new six-year managed services agreement. This marks a significant milestone in a partnership that has evolved and strengthened over nearly two decades.

Originally known as PZEM, EP Commodities has been a valued Itineris customer since 2008. Over the years, Itineris has helped EP Commodities modernize its operations – making business processes more efficient, reducing complexity, and improving customer satisfaction. These outcomes have been essential in navigating a rapidly changing energy landscape.

EP Commodities is a division of EP NL, which acquired PZEM in 2023. Following the acquisition, EP NL conducted a thorough review of its vendor ecosystem. As a result of this strategic assessment, they reaffirmed their trust in our solutions and team by signing a renewed six-year managed services contract. This milestone reflects a shared commitment to innovation, agility, and long-term excellence.
