Itineris – a fast-growing technology company that develops and implements innovative software solutions for Utilities – is pleased to announce the appointment of Filip Tack as Vice President of Strategic Development. Filip will lead strategic initiatives and partnerships to further accelerate the growth of the company.
Prior to joining Itineris, Filip was responsible for Corporate Development and M&A at Unifiedpost. Within that role, he managed the completion of several transactions. He also co-founded and led Nomadesk, a SaaS company focused on Enterprise File Sharing & Synchronisation technology. Nomadesk was acquired by Unifiedpost Group in 2017.
