We’re happy to announce that in the 2013 edition of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for utilities CIS, Itineris was positioned, among the other 11 software providers, for its UMAX business solution.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant for utilities CIS is a guide for buyers (utilities) looking for Customer Information Systems (CIS) in the energy market. Criteria for evaluation, used by Gartner, include product and service breadth, view on the future, execution/delivery, responsiveness, track record, customer experience, and many more.

According to the report: “Given the number of players in the market (more than 200 billing and customer care software products), potential buyers (utilities) should consider that a listing on the Magic Quadrant is a good indication of vendor and product credibility”… “Most leading vendors also support billing for multiple utility services (such as gas or water), as well as metered and unmetered services/products.”
