Itineris acquires Crimson Oak Consulting and expands its presence on the North American market

Deurle (Ghent, Belgium) 12th March 2012. Itineris – excellence in utilities – is delighted to announce its acquisition of Marietta (Georgia – USA) based Crimson Oak Consulting. For Itineris this acquisition heralds a new phase within the growth strategy of the company. About six months ago both Itineris’ CEO Edgard Vermeersch and ParticipatieMaatschappij Vlaanderen (PMV) invested 4.5 million euros in the company to support its growth plans. Today, the first results of this growth plan are there, with the acquisition of Crimson Oak Consulting and the Microsoft Dynamics AX certification of UMAX™, Itineris’ software solution for utilities.
