We are pleased to announce that PZEM has extended its partnership with Itineris to modernize its Customer Service and Operations. PZEM is a Utility that focuses on the production, trade, and supply of energy products and services for the Dutch business market. We will provide PZEM with a modern and configurable CIS & CRM solution developed on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and delivered as a service in the cloud.
A trusted partner for many years
PZEM has been a client of Itineris for more than 12 years. Until now, they were using the on-prem version of our UMAX software solution for Utilities. To support their business objectives, and to be able to cope with the challenges arising from the energy transition, PZEM now decided to upgrade to the latest version of UMAX, in the cloud.
