The City of Dallas, Texas (COD) has gone live with their new UMAX CIS solution, on time and on budget. The Itineris solution suite includes a customer information solution, Customer Engagement, Customer Self-Service, and integration with Paymentus’ electronic billing and payment software.
These solutions will significantly improve COD’s business operational efficiencies by providing functionality that will streamline and automate processes using automated workflows and queue management. UMAX will empower COD’s end users with improved self-service capabilities, which will serve to substantially reduce inquiries for customer support representatives while improving customer experience holistically.
With this new solution in place, COD will be better equipped to achieve its strategic plan to streamline operations and improve the delivery of vital services to Dallas citizens at a fair and reasonable cost.
