Ian Sykes has been working in the UK and global utility industry for over 15 years. He is keen to work with water utilities to deploy solutions that help meet their business and regulatory challenges while maximizing customer satisfaction. Ian holds the role of UK Business Development Director at Itineris.

Paul Rogers, Business Development Consultant at Itineris, has been working in the water industry for nearly 20 years now, both in the wholesale environment and in the retail space. He has built a strong expertise in revenue and income maximization, leakage detection, network investment delivery, metering, and key account management. Paul is passionate about building partnerships and nurturing relationships in order to help customers identify opportunities and implement solutions to ensure efficiencies and to realize savings.

Shane Preston joined Itineris in 2022 as a Senior Solution Architect. He has 18 years of experience in the utility industry in the UK & Ireland. He has worked across both large and small suppliers, where he has been involved in cost-saving, business improvement, and revenue assurance programs. Shane is also engaged in many industry workings groups.

Manni Parmar joined Itineris in 2023 as our UK & Ireland Business Development Director. With 17 years of experience as a leader within the UK&I energy market, he has built extensive experience at both strategic and operational levels. He is now focused on supporting customers as they address the opportunities presented by the transition to net zero.

Louise Baufays works as an Inside Sales Account Executive at Opinum, a data hub software company that was acquired by Itineris in 2021. Opinum wants to create a positive environmental impact with their data management technology for applications in the energy and water sectors.
