ATLANTA – March 18, 2026 — After a thorough evaluation of the leading utility customer information system (CIS) vendors, the Broward County Water and Wastewater Services (WWS) has selected the Itineris UMAX suite of solutions to replace their aging Peace Software legacy system. UMAX is a modern, native cloud-based solution built in and on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. These solutions will help WWS better manage water, wastewater and reclaimed water services to their 60,000 customers throughout Broward County.
The scope of this project includes the Itineris UMAX CIS, Customer Service, Customer Self-Service, and Field Services modular solutions. Equipped with these solutions, WWS will achieve faster, more reliable business processes through new operational efficiencies, including automated workflows and call management. UMAX will empower WWS’s end users with improved self-service capabilities, which will substantially reduce call center inquiries while empowering customers. The result: truly improved customer and user experience.
